1. Thriteen Reasons Why by Jay Asher
I tried to read it last year, but never really got into it very. Lots of my friends have recommended the book. I had a friend who had commited suicde 2 summers ago, dealing with things is hard. I really enjoys books like this, i like books that i can relate to and really get into.
2. Delirium by Lauren Oliver
After Mrs. Pickett told us about the book in class one day i couldnt really stop thinking about it, seems like a pretty interesting book. I started the book today actually and so far its kinda confusing but i think i can make it. Love is not a disease its a way the body feels and you cant help it.
3. The Vow by Nicholas Sparks
Its a love story and thats my favorite genre of books. Plus I seen the movie when it first came out and it was an amazing movie. I would like to see if the book resembles the movie at all i have been told multiple times that its way different and the book is so much better. I guess ill find out.
4. The Last Song by Nicholas Sparks
Same story like The Vow. I have seen the movie multiple times and have cried everytime. I have never found a book that has actually made me cry before, but thats probably because i dont read. The Last Song is such a sweet movie and i highly doubt the book is gonna give off the same feeling.
5. Along for the ride by Sarah Dessen
Actually the only reason i picked up this book was because the cover was cute, but as i started to read the back and a few pages inside. I realized it might actually be a good book for a teenage girl like me. It kinda sounds like how my previous Summer went. So i maybe able to relate.
6. Raven Summer by David Almond
After i seen this book i thought it was gonna be good, i havent started the book yet but there about a million huge words just on the back of the book, so im not to sure that this is gonna be the book for me. But i guess ill take a crack at it.
7. Glass by Ellen Hopkins
I have read the first one Crank and it was absolutely amazing i couldnt put the book down, i just never really got around to reading the second one. I am hoping that it keeps me anxious to read more just like the first one. Or i'll be very disappointed.
8. Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins
My little sister read it and is threaghting me to read it and i have nothoing better to read. I checked out last year but checked it right back in because of how big it was. I went an seen the movie and loved it by sister hated and said if i wanted to know the real story to read the book so here we go.
9. Land of a Hundred wonders by Lesley Kagen
I seen this book in the library about a week ago and the cover was super cute, yes i judge books by the cover because a non-reader thats what we do. But i started read on the back a little and it seemed like a decent book. I may actually be able to get into this one.
10. Before i fall by Lauren Oliver
I also checked this one out last year, i actually had it out for a while just kinda stuck it in my backpack and let it sit there for about a month. Its a pretty big book and i know i've said that a bunch all through out this but i dont read and big books scare. I chose this one because i am trying out different topics to try and find something i enjoy.
